This painting is titled Deranged. I created it back in 2010, when I was obviously feeling a little crazy and... well, deranged. Starting tomorrow (June 27), it will be on view in the group exhibition Heretic Beauty at KP Projects in LA. Seeing this piece again takes me back to the period just after I moved from Japan to the U.S. in 2009, when I was exploring and developing a new direction in my art. If you're in LA, visit the gallery and see it in person! I'm honored to be exhibiting alongside such an incredible group of artists.

こちらは2010年、ちょっと頭がおかしくなっていた...というか、まさにタイトル通り Deranged な気分だった頃に描いた懐かしい作品です。 明日（6月27日）からLAの KP Projects で開催されるグループ展 『Heretic Beauty』 にて展示されます。 16年前に描いたこの作品、水野が2009年に日本からアメリカへ移住し、新しい表現や画風を模索していた頃のことを思い出させます。 LAにいらっしゃる方は、ぜひギャラリーで実物をご覧ください！ 他の参加アーティストの皆さんの素晴らしい作品も必見です！
