Happy New Year everyone! Here's my first drawing in 2019!
It's the year of the Pig in Chinese zodiac but in Japanese zodiac, the pig is replaced by boar so I drew them both.
I already have a lot of exciting projects planned for this year...
Art shows, new toy releases, books being republished, going back to Europe etc, etc.
Thank you all for your continued support. I wish all of you the best for 2019! :)

みなさん明けましておめでとうございます! こちら、今年最初のドローイングです。
今年の干支はイノシシですが、私の住むアメリカやヨーロッパでポピュラーな中国の干支ではブタさんなので、両方描いてみましたよ。
今年も個展、新作トイの発売、書籍の再版やヨーロッパ出張などいろいろ予定が入っており、忙しい一年になりそうです。みなさんの2019年も、素晴らしい年になりますように...!
This Saturday, December 15th, I'll be at Woot Bear in San Francisco for the launch party of Superplastic's new toy, Janky Series 1 with Huck Gee!
Please join us on Saturday, December 15th from 6-9PM to enjoy the Janky blind box toy release with your community! The festivities will include unboxings, raffles, giveaways and custom Jankys, along with the fun of seeing the new toys in person and the two artists of the series. See you there!
Janky Series 1 will be available for purchase and trading with other unboxers!
Raffle prizes will include limited-run T-Shirts and more exclusive goodies.

Thanks to all who purchased my ltd.edition 'Qilin" beer growler & enamel pin set during the timed release in October.
We have closed the edition to 150 growlers. The gallery has reserved a few in stock, so if you'd like to purchase one before they are unavailable, here's the link.
The growler will never be produced again after the 150 are sold.
